Our ethos is rooted in the belief that every child and young person is a vital member of our community. We prioritise building strong, meaningful relationships, to create a nurturing, supportive environment, where children and young people feel valued and empowered. It is important to belong, accepted, included and feel safe in your own identity.
We use the natural world in our curriculum. We believe that connection to the environment supports and promotes well-rounded development of the whole child.

Connection - this is how we gain trust through genuine relationships. This requires openness, honesty, and humility.
